Who We Are

Jambopads was a family-owned business founded in 2012 by two sisters, Emma and Carol. They are both pet parents who love dogs while struggling with protecting the floors, carpets, sofa, or beds from the urine damage and dirt. Identifying this market pain point, Jambopads started to manufacture the reusable pet training pads in a rented warehouse.

In 2020, we invested 1.6 million USD for a new plant reaching a size of 80,000 square feet. Jambopads has become a professional manufacturer supplying a wide range of products, including reusable underpads, adult bibs, washable puppy pads, microfiber mop pad, mattress protector, slipcovers, etc.

Our mission is to provide our clients what we specialize, with excellent quality, fast delivery, and quick response. This client-driven company culture has made us gain the trust worldwide, customers from North America, Europe, UK, and Australia.

The Team

Jambopads has a management team that are educated in Europe and North America. Our account managers will assist you through the whole project. Also, we have more than 100 skillful workers who have been with Jambopads for almost 10 years.

Strict Quality Control Management

At Jambopads, we have world class production line and strict quality control system. We will check all products 3 times throughout the manufacturing process. Before shipment, the goods will have another inspection as well. Therefore, we ensures that all products are top-level quality.

Eco-Friendly Manufacturing

Jambopads manufactures in compliance with ISO 9001 and SA8000. We have gained the FDA certification, Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 certification and CE certification. Meanwhile, Jambopads is promoting sustainability and social responsibility, actively trying to source biodegradable raw plastic materials, treating our workers ethically and legally for every project.
